Information you submit
We receive your name, email, organization if supplied, country or region, selected product or service, estimated quantity if supplied, and project description. The request also includes its language, selected topic, page and submission reference.
Sending and handling your request
When you select Send enquiry, the website sends your request over HTTPS to its server and then through Tencent Enterprise Mail to info@maxseas.com. We use it to review and respond to your business enquiry. Replying uses the email address you supplied. No automatic email is sent to you.
Storage and service providers
The website does not create an enquiry database or save your entries in browser storage. Submitted emails remain in our business mailbox and may be retained for project correspondence. Vercel hosts the website and Tencent provides email delivery. Their operational and security logs may contain request metadata.
Abuse prevention
Vercel BotID checks browser and network signals to help protect this form from automated abuse. Temporary, instance-local submission identifiers and hashed network identifiers help limit repeated requests. These controls are separate from marketing analytics.
Medical information and contact
Do not submit patient identifiers, medical images or sensitive case information. Any authorized medical-data transfer must be agreed through a separate secure process. For questions about your enquiry or a request to correct or delete your correspondence, email info@maxseas.com. External links are governed by the destination websites.
